"Rest to your soul" is the principle of our programs designed to help you take off all worries, stress and irritation that damage your nervous system. The cosiness, comfort, serenity and concern by our staff combined with the wonderful beauty of nature, the warm seaside climate will help you from the first days at “Rus” to recuperate the nervous system and to recover from tiredness.
"Rest from medicine" means a temporary, and hopefully a permanent relief from regular intakes of your usual medicine for certain chronic problems. Medicinal remedies are gradually replaced for curative natural and climatic, balneological procedures and physical therapy.
Most advanced and highly efficient methods of health rehabilitation and recreation are available at “Rus” in its well-equipped health and fitness center.
“Rus” offers preventive treatment and cure for many problems of cardiovascular and nervous system, spine-and-bones apparatus, digestive system, female and man's sexual sphere, infringement of a metabolism and other diseases recommended for resort treatment.
Treatment and medical monitoring are conducted according to well-established research-based methods developed by experts of a number of leading centers. At “Rus” you can consult specialist doctors, M.D.s and other highly qualified professionals.

- Treatment procedures are offered on Rus doctor’s orders, of prescribed frequency and compatibility;
- Treatment procedures and the amount of medical services are prescribed by the doctor during the Primary appointment with consideration of the results of tests mentioned in the individually compiled Resort guest's treatment card, medical indications and precautions;
- The cost of basic tests and procedures mentioned in the Resort guest's treatment card are included in the package if the duration of stay is at least 14 days;
- All treatment procedures are subject to state standards designed for particular periods of stay (normally 21 days, and no less than 14 days). If the duration of stay is less than 14 days, availability of Resort treatment is not guaranteed.
